Remote Enterprise SaaS Account Executive - Law Firms
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth within the U.S. legal market, with a focus on selling enterprise software solutions to law firms. This is a consultative sales role suited for someone with experience navigating complex sales cycles, building relationships with legal professionals, and delivering value-driven technology solutions.The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS, legal technology, IP management, document management, or workflow solutions into AM Law firms. This role is remote based and can be anywhere in the United States.ResponsibilitiesDrive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across law firms in the United StatesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closeDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plansBuild relationships with Managing Partners, CIOs, Innovation teams, IP Partners, Practice Group Leaders, and Legal Operations stakeholdersConduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows, business challenges, and technology needsDeliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentationsCollaborate with Solutions Consultants, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams throughout the sales processMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygieneRepresent at industry conferences, legal technology events, and client meetingsStay informed on trends within legal technology and law firm innovationRequirements5+ years of enterprise SaaS or legal technology sales experienceProven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative B2B sales environmentExperience selling into law firms or legal departments strongly preferredUnderstanding of legal workflows, intellectual property management, or document management systems is highly desirableStrong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholdersExperience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makersExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry eventsPreferred BackgroundExperience selling legal tech, IP management, DMS, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutionsExisting network within the U.S. legal market is a plusWhat we OfferCompetitive base salary and uncapped commission structureComprehensive healthcare and benefits packageRemote-first flexibilityOpportunity to work with a global leader in legal technologyCollaborative, high-growth environment with strong career progression opportunitiesJ-18808-Ljbffr
