As demand from the legal market accelerates, we're extending our platform to attorney firms and legal operations teams — and we're looking for someone to help lead that charge from the ground up.Role DescriptionYou'll own the full sales cycle for our legal-sector offerings: prospecting, qualifying decision-makers, running discovery, presenting our solutions, and closing. You'll also help shape positioning, pricing strategy, and our broader go-to-market approach as we scale into this space.What You'll DoIdentify and engage law firms and legal operations teams who can benefit from AI-driven workflow solutionsRun discovery conversations to understand each firm's workflow, tooling, and pain pointsPresent and demo our solutions in plain English to both attorneys and operations leadersBuild and manage a healthy pipeline in CRM; hit activity and revenue targetsPartner with our product and delivery teams for clean handoffs after the closeRepresent Cohesive360 at legal industry events and conferences — including events we sponsor and others worth showing up forVisit client sites and prospect facilities as the relationship requiresBring market feedback back into the company to influence positioning and roadmapLocation & Work SetupBased in our Midtown NYC officeHybrid may be discussed for the right candidate, but in-office is our first preferenceRegular travel expected for industry events, conferences, sponsorships, and client/prospect visitsWhat We're Looking ForB2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling software or services into law firms or professional servicesWorking understanding of how a law firm operates — intake, case management, billing, litigation, or general legal operationsTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaStrong written and verbal communication; can hold the room with attorneys and senior decision-makersTech-comfortable — you don't need to code, but you should be able to clearly explain how AI driven worflow that sits on top of their existing softwares solves real problemsSelf-starter who can build pipeline from scratch in a new verticalWilling and able to travel regularly for events and client visitsNice to HaveFamiliarity with leading legal case management platforms and the broader legal-tech ecosystemExisting network among law firm partners, COOs, or legal operations professionalsPrior experience selling AI, SaaS, or workflow automation softwareExperience helping a company enter a new vertical or expand an existing product into a new marketCompensation Competitive and experience-based, benchmarked to market standards for comparable roles. Structure includes base plus performance; specifics are discussed based on what you bring to the table.
