Our longevity and success are a testament to our commitment to clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in either to Ontario, CA office or the Los Angeles, CA office with work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in Workers' Compensation cases. Daily responsibilities also include preparing and drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. The successful applicant will be able to handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases from beginning to end while maximizing the recovery for our injured clients.QualificationsStrong understanding of workers' compensation law and the Labor CodeProven ability to offer sound legal advice and conduct thorough ResearchSkilled in negotiation and permanent disability ratingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and within a teamJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolMembership in the California Bar AssociationExperience in Workers' CompensationSalary: $140,000 - $175,000 DOEAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn's Full-Service Hiring beta program.
