Litigation Attorney

Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLPRegional office of a national law firm seeks a litigation associate with 2 to 5 years of complex litigation experience. Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, responsive to clients and possess strong negotiation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. The firm offers a collegial work environment that provides a great opportunity to grow and advance. The firm handles a diverse and interesting caseload including, but not limited to, defending complex tort, employment liability, transportation and professional liability claims. A judicial clerkship is preferred but not required. The position pays between $95,00 and $140,000 based on experience.
