Digital Print Press Technician
A day on the pressAt our Madison, WI (53704) location, you’ll turn digital files into crisp, high-quality printed pieces. You’ll fine‑tune press settings, watch color and registration like a hawk, and keep production humming from setup to final output. Multiple schedules are available—hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts—with a shift differential offered for 2nd and 3rd.What you’ll handlePrepare, set up, and operate digital presses for a wide range of printed materials.Track color, registration, and overall print quality; adjust on the fly to meet specs.Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.Partner with design and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.Document production runs, materials consumed, and any press issues.Follow safety procedures and uphold quality standards at every step.What you’ll bring3–6+ months of machine operator experience preferred.Background as a Digital Press Operator or related role is a plus (not required).Meticulous attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.Mechanical curiosity with strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability.Team mindset and comfort in a fast-paced production environment.Clear communication and a positive, can‑do attitude.Pay and training$16–$17 per hour with no experience—training provided. Experienced operators: pay commensurate with experience.
