The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, automated testing, and healthcare environments is highly desirable.Key Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Experience with Angular and/or React for front-end development.Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Strong understanding of application performance optimization, reliability, and security.Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of HIPAA requirements is preferred.FedRAMP experience is a plus.Experience working in Agile enterprise environments.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.AI tools usage: 90%+ weekly usage is required.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop end-to-end full-stack solutions, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and cloud components.Develop and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.Design and implement event-driven applications using Kafka and related technologies.Build responsive and maintainable front-end applications using Angular and/or React.Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.Identify and resolve application performance, reliability, scalability, and security issues.Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Manage and resolve technical dependencies across enterprise applications and teams.Follow secure software development practices and applicable healthcare/compliance requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
