Customer Relations Assistant
Department: Customer Relations
Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to customer inquiries through live Chat, email, and incoming calls
Regularly corresponding with our customers to develop a strong relationship between their business and our company.
Recording all correspondence in our online database.
Assist in the tracking of trends in terms of issues in order to help sustain the quality of our products and our services.
Assist in handling customer issues.
Help the Director of Customer Relations with tasks as needed.
Qualified candidates must have experience in the following:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 year Job related experience
Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid documentation skills
Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision
Team and customer oriented
Macintosh and Microsoft experience
Attendance and schedule adherence is a requirement of this position
