Role SummaryLead business development across the Southeast & Atlantic region, including the highly active Northern Virginia data center market. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building strategic partnerships and closing workforce solutions deals across high-volume, mission-critical projects.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a pipeline of data center construction opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with GCs, ECs, and developersOwn and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeTrack regional project activity, bid cycles, and market trendsRepresent the company at job sites, client meetings, and industry eventsWork closely with internal teams to align on delivery and win projectsRequirements5–10+ years in sales or business developmentExperience in staffing, telecom, construction, or technical servicesDemonstrated success closing 6–7 figure dealsStrong relationship-building and client-facing skillsWillingness to travel across the region (car and occasional flights)Territory OverviewNorthern Virginia / Ashburn (global data center hub)North Carolina (rapid hyperscaler expansion)Atlanta (multi-project cluster)Additional activity: PA, TN, ALHighest project density across all territories (26 active builds).Nice to HaveExisting relationships in Northern Virginia, North Carolina, or Atlanta marketsExperience working on or selling into data center or hyperscaler projectsFamiliarity with fiber, structured cabling, or low-voltage infrastructureCompensationCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission with high earning potentialPerformance bonuses based on territory growth
