This role focuses on analytical characterization of drug substances including small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides. The candidate will support method development, execute analytical testing, and contribute to data interpretation within a fast-paced drug discovery and development environment.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform analytical characterization of synthetic drug substances and delivery systemsDevelop and execute chiral and achiral HPLC methodsUtilize advanced analytical tools such as UHPLC-MS, KF, UV, and CADConduct method development, validation, and troubleshootingDocument experimental data in laboratory notebooks and generate reportsInterpret analytical data and provide insights to cross-functional teamsSupport innovation and evaluation of new analytical technologiesCollaborate with discovery, pharmaceutics, and process chemistry teams🔹 Required QualificationsBS or MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering, or related field0 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or analytical chemistry environmentStrong hands-on experience with HPLC and chromatography techniquesSolid understanding of analytical chemistry principlesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment🔹 Preferred QualificationsExperience with peptides, oligonucleotides, or small molecule analysisFamiliarity with solid-state characterization and drug discovery workflowsExposure to advanced analytical tools such as UHPLC-MS or multidimensional HPLC
