Account Executive - Remote

Role OverviewThe Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through event-led sales, strategic account building, and relationship management. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in a highly professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand the company's portfolio of accounts through proactive selling, relationship-building, networking, and event-based marketing initiatives.Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and conventions to promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients.Engage potential customers using a mix of outside sales techniques, inside sales strategies, cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach.Develop and maintain strong relationships through professional groups, industry associations, and networking events to drive sustained sales growth.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for event-generated leads, from initial engagement to deal closure and post-event follow-ups.Act as a brand ambassador and represent Adit as a reputable, trustworthy, and professional organization at all times.Stay up to date with industry trends, event marketing strategies, software solutions, concepts, and emerging market opportunities.Effectively use company-provided tools, technologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms to track leads, manage pipelines, and report performance.Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, partnerships, and leadership to maximize event ROI and sales outcomes.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in event-based sales, account management, or B2B SaaS sales roles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Confidence in engaging prospects in both formal event settings and informal networking environments.Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.Comfortable with travel and working flexible hours aligned with event schedules.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
