Title : Solar Field Construction AssociateLocation: San Francisco Bay AreaDuration: C2HKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on field support including builder communication, material coordination, and quality assurance.Act as a liaison between roofing partners, customers, homeowners, electricians, project teams, and local authorities.Support inspections, troubleshooting, and homeowner/app guidance.Track project progress, conduct site inspections, and review documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications2+ years of experience in solar, construction, or homebuilding.Understanding of new home construction processes preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to read and interpret construction plans.Tech-savvy with mobile apps and systems.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Physical RequirementsAbility to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate roofs.Lift/move up to 50 lbs and wear safety equipment (~15 lbs).Capable of standing, walking, balancing, and performing physical tasks regularly.Good vision, coordination, and verbal communication skills required.
