Solar Filed Construction Associate

Title : Solar Field Construction Associate Location: San Francisco Bay Area Duration: C2H Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on field support including builder communication, material coordination, and quality assurance. Act as a liaison between roofing partners, customers, homeowners, electricians, project teams, and local authorities. Support inspections, troubleshooting, and homeowner/app guidance. Track project progress, conduct site inspections, and review documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in solar, construction, or homebuilding. Understanding of new home construction processes preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Tech-savvy with mobile apps and systems. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Physical Requirements Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and navigate roofs. Lift/move up to 50 lbs and wear safety equipment (~15 lbs). Capable of standing, walking, balancing, and performing physical tasks regularly. Good vision, coordination, and verbal communication skills required.
