Assistant Denim Designer
About the RoleWe're looking for an Assistant Denim Designer to join our team in Beverly Hills. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career (recent grad or 0–2 years experience) who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced private label environment. You will be involved in the day-to-day design & development process, not just concept work.Must be based in Los Angeles. In-office, 5 days/week What We're Looking ForVery strong in Adobe Illustrator (this is critical!)Able to create clean, accurate flats quickly Can sketch ideas fast and clearlyComfortable building construction tech packs with callouts & detailsOrganized files, clean layers, production-ready workStrong design foundation with good taste & attention to detail Able to move quickly, take direction & adapt without overworking ideas Self-motivated & comfortable in a fast-paced environment Denim experience is a plus, but not required if fundamentals are strong.What You'll DoSupport design and development across denim & woven categories Create flats, CADs & construction tech packs for internal and client use Assist with concept development, wash ideas & trim direction Help maintain organized files, line sheets & presentation materials Work closely with design, tech & production teamsAbout UsJream Co. is a private label apparel company, partnering with a wide range of retailers across multiple markets including young men's, men's, women's, and plus.
