This is the place.The roleAs a Paralegal in Legora’s New York office, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global legal team. You will work closely with the Legal team to help ensure that legal processes, documentation, and internal workflows run smoothly and efficiently.This is a highly operational and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping things organized, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating signatures and filings, maintaining corporate records, supporting governance processes, and helping the team stay efficient across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. Beyond strong legal judgment, we value people who actively look for smarter and more scalable ways of working — leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve efficiency, execution, and collaboration across the legal function.What You Will Be DoingCoordinate and manage legal documentation, signatures, approvals, and filing processesMaintain and organize corporate records, legal templates, governance documents, and internal databasesSupport entity management, corporate housekeeping, and corporate filings across jurisdictionsAssist with preparation of board materials, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other governance-related documentationManage contract administration and help track agreements, renewals, and obligationsSupport the legal team with internal processes, operational coordination, and day-to-day administrative mattersHelp improve legal processes, document management, and operational efficiency using AI-tools and legal tech solutionsWho You AreYou have a education in law, paralegal studies, or equivalent practical experienceYou have at least 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support or legal operations roleYou are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skillsYou are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentYou are proactive, reliable, and enjoy taking ownership of processes and follow-throughYou are excited about AI-native ways of working and proactively use technology and automation to improve workflows, execution, and efficiencyExperience supporting corporate governance, entity management, contract administration, or legal operations is a strong plusExperience from a technology company, scale-up, or international environment is also a plusLegora is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
