React DeveloperSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a React Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Irving, TX.ResponsibilitiesSeeking an experienced React Developer to join our technology team and help build scalable, secure, and high performance web applications used across firm's global platforms. This role focuses on delivering modern, intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and platform teams. The ideal candidate has strong React expertise, is comfortable working with design systems and Figma, and has exposure to leveraging AI assisted tools to accelerate UX design and development.Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade React reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules.Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high quality, accessible user interfaces.Utilize AI assisted tools (e.g., design to code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency.Integrate front end components with RESTful APIs.Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross browser best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling.Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies.Adhere to firm's secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Support releases and troubleshoot front end issues in production environments.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.4–7 years of front end or web development experience.Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite).Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.Solid understanding of:Component based architectureREST API integrationClient side performance optimizationExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.Preferred SkillsExperience in financial services or other regulated industries.Exposure to:AI driven UX and front end productivity toolsDesign to code workflowsUI consistency and design system automationKnowledge of:State management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API)UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI (MUI), Ant Design)Micro frontend architectureUnderstanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows).Collaboration experience with globally distributed engineering and design teams.By applying for a job with SGA, you agree to allow SGA to process your application for this and future opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
