Job Title: ServiceNow Technical LeadLocation: Dallas, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Position Type: Contract (W2 or C2C)Experience Required: 8+ YearsCertification: CSA Active - for more than one year.About the RoleWe are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to own platform stability and performance in a high-volume environment (1M+ flow executions per day). You will lead a small team, drive deep technical root cause analysis for node and flow issues, enforce best practices in Flow Designer and scripting, and work closely with operations and ServiceNow support to keep the platform stable, scalable, and performant.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer.Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts).Perform platform performance optimization using table indexing and best practices.Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment support in a team environment.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong expertise with Flow Designer for workflow automation.Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations.Advanced JavaScript coding within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Experience with Business Rules, Fix Scripts, Script Includes, and performance tuning.Solid understanding of table indexing and query optimization in ServiceNow.Must HaveServiceNow CSA certification (or higher).Should be able to produce older inactive certifications as well.📩 Interested candidates can share your resumes to ilaiyabharathy.r@cubesimple.com or send a direct message to learn more.
