A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Financial Benefits with 401k experience. Key Responsibilities Administer the company's 401(k), Pension, and Non-Qualified plans in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Oversee plan operations including contributions, distributions, and compliance testing Reconcile plan assets and contributions, supporting audits and addressing discrepancies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance Proven ability to work with plan documents and maintain internal controls Experience collaborating with various teams including payroll, HR, and legal Ability to identify process improvements in a high-velocity environment Experience with audit processes and compliance requirements
