Join WWT today!Why should you join the PMO?As a Project Coordinator, you will be working on exciting infrastructure driven projects for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. Our global infrastructure planning and deployment services deliver thousands of projects each year. From employing our methodologies at hundreds of sites to leveraging complete enterprise design services, customers trust our infrastructure experts to assess the technology they have today and design the solutions they need for tomorrow.Responsibilities:Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small IT projectsGather documentation from the customerAssist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementationAbility to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholdersDemonstrated skill with Microsoft ExcelGeneral understanding of project scope, and objectivesBasic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasksFollow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documentedDocument project risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate project risk eventsMonitor status of all identified risks in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the projectFinancial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported for project successUse appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variancesDocument measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other LeadsAssist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsEnsure that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicatedActively participate and/or lead project meetings, and follow up on action items.Provide input regularly for status reports including program portfolio reviewsAssume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program related tasksQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience2+ years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience requiredExperience supporting external customers in a professional services and/or managed services environmentExposure to Infrastructure technology projects and project managementExperience working as an IT project coordinator or similar roleAdvanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet and OutlookExperience with Multisite hardware deploymentsExperience with MS ProjectExperience with financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reportsUnderstanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycleAbility to work independently and aggressively track project timelinesExperience with T-scheduling for planning, monitoring, and controlling of project timelines, making sure projects are completed on time & within budgetExcellent documentation skills and attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)Strong team building skillsExcellent problem solving skillsWant to learn more about Infrastructure Services? A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600.00 to $64,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
