You'll be empowered to lead, grow, and make an impact.The RoleDirect Mail Marketing Manager (Campaign Execution)Position SummaryWe're seeking a highly detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of our direct mail campaigns within a structured, compliance-driven financial services environment.This role is focused on the precise, end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes as our program continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-heavy work, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability.This is not a project management role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels in the mechanics of campaign delivery and the discipline required in regulated marketing environments.What You'll DoSupport the execution of direct mail campaigns from setup through deployment, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and requirementsManage campaign logistics, including trafficking, routing, and coordination across internal stakeholdersConduct detailed copy reviews, proofing, and quality assurance across all materials to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, and creative to facilitate approvals and maintain documentationInterface with external mail vendors to support production, schedules, and delivery expectationsMonitor in-home delivery cadence and maintain visibility into campaign status at all stagesSupport the maintenance and accuracy of the direct mail campaign calendarManage invoice routing, tracking, and reconciliation in partnership with financeMaintain organized records of campaign documentation, approvals, and audit trailsAssist with inventory management, including tracking, forecasting needs, and coordinating print and supply orders Support campaign reporting by ensuring underlying data and execution details are accurate and complete You're a great fit if you have:What You Bring5+ years of experience in direct mail or marketing campaign execution, preferably in a regulated industryExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of workStrong copyediting and proofreading skills with excellent grammarExperience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a structured environmentFamiliarity with compliance and legal review processes in marketingStrong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear documentation and tracking systemsAbility to proactively identify and resolve issues within established processesExperience working with external vendors and cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with comfort supporting campaign performance trackingTools & EnvironmentExperience with campaign workflow tools (Monday.com preferred), tracking systems, and vendor platformsStrong working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking and reconciliationComfort using modern tools (including AI-assisted proofreading and QA) to support accuracy and efficiency Why You'll Love Working HereThis isn't just a job, it's a place to lead, grow, and thrive.
