You’ll be empowered to lead, grow, and make an impact.The RoleDirect Mail Marketing Manager (Campaign Execution)Position SummaryWe’re seeking a highly detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of our direct mail campaigns within a structured, compliance-driven financial services environment.This role is focused on the precise, end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes as our program continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-heavy work, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability.This is not a project management role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels in the mechanics of campaign delivery and the discipline required in regulated marketing environments.Support campaign reporting by ensuring underlying data and execution details are accurate and completeTranslate lifecycle marketing strategies into detailed technical specifications and executable codeOwn the end-to-end development of campaign targeting logic, including segmentation, eligibility, and suppression rulesDevelop, optimize, and maintain advanced SAS programs to generate accurate and compliant target audiencesEnsure strong campaign controls, data quality, suppression accuracy, and audit documentationConduct post-campaign analysis and recommend optimizations to improve performance and ROIPartner closely with Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellenceIdentify and implement opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency within our Marketing Technology StackServe as a technical lead and mentor to junior developers and campaign execution analysts You’re a great fit if you have:5+ years of experience in direct mail or marketing campaign execution, preferably in a regulated industryExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of workStrong copyediting and proofreading skills with excellent grammarExperience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a structured environmentFamiliarity with compliance and legal review processes in marketingStrong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear documentation and tracking systemsAbility to proactively identify and resolve issues within established processesExperience working with external vendors and cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with comfort supporting campaign performance trackingExperience with campaign workflow tools (Monday.com preferred), tracking systems, and vendor platformsStrong working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking and reconciliationComfort using modern tools (including AI-assisted proofreading and QA) to support accuracy and efficiencyWhy You’ll Love Working HereThis isn’t just a job, it’s a place to lead, grow, and thrive.
