Schedule & Location Details
This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:
Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)
TARGET START DATE
The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
Requirements
Proven ability to increase sales and drive business growth
Strong team building and leadership skills
Experience with employee scheduling and labor management
Knowledge of product ordering, inventory management, and setting pars
Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

Provides an exceptional overall customer experience
Identifies operational challenges and coaches team members on solutions
Consistently delivers high levels of service and hospitality
Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
Assists the team in achieving positive sales and profit trends

Proficient in all café operations, including food preparation, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep work
Demonstrates sound decision-making during uncertain or high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality
Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees
Experience overseeing daily operations
Ability to manage labor costs, food costs, and waste control
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team
Ensures food quality standards and positive guest experiences
Position Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
