The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop project schedules, budgets, and work plansCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as neededManage contracts, change orders, and project documentationEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policiesConduct site visits and lead project meetingsIdentify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptlyReview and approve project costs, invoices, and progress paymentsEnsure quality standards are met throughout constructionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to travel up to 60% (mostly mid-week travel)
