Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing a wide range of construction projects from beginning to end. Project Managers must be flexible and adaptable with good time management skills and excellent customer service skills.Benefits:Medical insurance (employee premium paid for by Brackett Builders)Dental and vision insurance opportunities401(k) with employer matchHealth Savings AccountJob Responsibilities (responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following):Create, monitor, and maintain project scheduleServe as a liaison between business and technical aspects of the jobAccurately estimate cost, materials, and laborers needed for construction in cooperation with othersEvaluate alternative methods of construction for cost efficiency and qualityEstablish standard operating procedures based on evaluation of methods of constructionOrder materials and schedule inspections as necessaryReview, and approve, or reject all invoicesIssue all subcontracts with consistent direction and accuracyEstablish quality control standards and supervise their implementationAccurately review and approve weekly production reports, timesheets, and other recordsKeeps abreast of latest trends of the Construction industryMaintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and customersPreferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or a related field, or 5 to 7 years equivalent experienceValid Driver's LicenseStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to give clear directions and respond to inquiriesExceptional customer service skillsPhysical Requirements:The Project Manager's physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the responsibilities defined for this position.
