Dining Services Administrative Assistant Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm / No Weekends or holidays. Brio Living Services | Porter Hills Village/Chelsea Retirement Community The Dining Services Administrative Assistant helps maintain the department's smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative and operational support, serving as a bridge between team members, management, and other departments. What you’ll do Administrative: Provide administrative support to department dining leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements. Take meeting notes. Prepare and compile reports and presentations as requested by Senior Director of Dining Services Support Point of Sale software operations Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures, including manuals and standards documentation under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Dining Services Coordinate the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment. Coordinate special promotions/catering for Brio Dining Services Aid in training initiatives for team members and contribute to the implementation of departmental programs and standards What it takes High School diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat). Strong data entry skills with the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and organized.
