This role will oversee ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams.This company has a strong pipeline of work in Northern California and offers long-term stability, collaborative leadership, and opportunities for career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations on commercial construction projectsManage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logisticsEnsure adherence to safety standards and quality control proceduresCoordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partnersConduct site meetings and maintain clear project documentationProactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on scheduleQualifications5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction SuperintendentExperience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement projectsStrong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordinationAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain a productive jobsiteExcellent communication and leadership skillsOSHA certification preferredCompensation & Benefits$100,000 - $140,000+, depending on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesVehicle or vehicle allowanceComprehensive health benefits401(k) with company match
