Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Home Health experience is A MUST/REQUIRED. MUST have HCHB software experience is required. Must have OASIS experience. Must have 2 years' experience. Must have recent experience in specialty. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred. Experience in a care management role: Required. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required. Case management certification: Preferred.
