Training is provided.This position is ideal for someone with administrative, HR support, recruiting, or onboarding experience who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate background checks and clearances for new hires and current employeesTrack and maintain documentation including fingerprints, TB tests, drug screens, registry checks, and affidavitsEnsure all pre-employment and annual screening requirements are completed on timeMaintain accurate, audit-ready electronic personnel filesMonitor expiration dates and follow up on missing or expiring documentationCommunicate requirements and timelines clearly to staff and supervisorsSupport internal audits and compliance reviewsWork closely with HR, Compliance, and Program leadershipWho This Role Is Ideal ForAn administrative assistant or coordinatorSomeone with HR, recruiting, or onboarding support experienceA detail-oriented professional who enjoys checklists and timelinesSomeone looking for a stable role with clear expectationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of administrative, HR support, recruiting, or compliance-related experience highly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizationComfortable working with documentation and deadlinesProficient with Google Workspace or similar systemsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionAdditional RequirementsAbility to pass background checks and drug screeningTB test clearance and required vaccinationsCPR/First Aid and CPI certification (or ability to obtain)Valid driver’s licenseBilingual English/Spanish preferredWorking/Physical RequirementsMay lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds infrequently.Performs tasks that may involve standing or walking 50% of the day; sitting 50%of the day.May bend, stoop, reach and grasp as necessary.Must be able to provide First Aid and CPR.Must be able to perform physical holds as instructed in Crisis Prevention Intervention training (CPI).The Pay Range For This Role Is22.07 - 22.07 USD per hour(888 Steven Rogers Village)
