Senior Consultant - Transaction Advisory Services

Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting for a Senior Consultant (Transaction Advisory Services) on behalf of an establish boutique consultancy. This position in based in Dallas and sits within the Transaction Advisory team focused on delivering financial due diligence, transaction support, and deal-related insights to clients across the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will work across the full deal lifecycle, supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements through detailed financial analysis, client interaction, and the delivery of high-quality, transaction-driven insights.Responsibilities:Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagementsAnalyse financial statements, identifying key trends, risks, and value driversPerform detailed financial modelling, including forecasting and scenario analysisConduct data analysis to support due diligence findings and client recommendationsAssist in managing multiple workstreams and maintaining project timelinesRequirements:2+ years of relevant experience in transaction services, audit, or financial due diligenceBachelor's degree requiredCPA qualification preferred or in progressStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesExperience in financial analysis and modellingExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsPlease note, this role is unable to offer visa sponsorship and prior healthcare experience is NOT requiredInterested?
