Transaction Advisory Services Manager

You will help deliver high-quality financial due diligence that focuses on key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagementsOversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analysesManage multiple concurrent engagements and project teamsServe as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationshipsReview databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team membersIdentify key risks, trends, and value creation opportunitiesCommunicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholdersDevelop engagement budgets, monitor billing, and manage realizationCoach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior AssociatesSupport business development efforts and proposal developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligenceCPA designation requiredStrong knowledge of US GAAPAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and with AI and data automation tools a plusStrong project management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and client relationship abilitiesExperience working with private equity clients preferredAbility to work in fast-paced transaction environmentsPlease note that Calvetti Ferguson does not provide immigration or work visa sponsorship.* * * * *NOTICE TO 3rd PARTY RECRUITERSNotice to Recruiters and Agencies regarding unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions without prior express written approval.
