Join Blu Omega as a Power Platform DevOps Engineer and play a critical role in driving scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions. This role focuses on owning the full application lifecycle across Power Platform environments, with an emphasis on CI/CD, governance, production stability, and upfront solution planning in federal and enterprise settings.Clearance Requirement:This position requires U.S. citizenship due to federal contract requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is requiredLocation: RemoteResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders to intake requests, assess complexity, define technical approach, and provide accurate estimates with clear identification of risks and dependenciesOwn end-to-end application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment promotion strategiesDesign and manage environment strategy across Development, Testing, and Production ensuring controlled, scalable deploymentsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment frameworks for Power Platform solutionsDevelop and optimize Power Automate flows with advanced error handling, logging, retry logic, and monitoring to ensure production reliabilityMonitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve system stabilityEstablish logging, alerting, and performance monitoring strategies across Power Platform and integrated systemsDesign scalable Dataverse architectures with focus on data modeling, security, performance, and governance standardsImplement and enforce tenant-level governance including DLP policies, environment management, and capacity planningIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external systems via REST APIs and Microsoft GraphSupport modernization of SharePoint Online environments to align with Power Platform solutions and cloud-native architecturesCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutionsProduce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment processes, and environment strategiesQualifications8+ years of experience with SharePoint and Power Platform, with strong focus on enterprise environmentsDeep experience with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BIProven expertise building and managing CI/CD pipelines and ALM strategies for Power PlatformStrong experience with requirements intake, solution estimation, and managing technical scope in consulting or enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of environment strategy, tenant administration, and governance (DLP, security models, capacity planning)Experience supporting production environments including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationProficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and automation tooling (PowerShell preferred)Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external APIsFamiliarity with Dataverse architecture, security roles, and enterprise data modelingStrong communication skills and ability to work in Agile, cross-functional teamsNice to HaveExperience leading Power Platform or SharePoint migrations to cloud-native environmentsBackground supporting federal or regulated environmentsExperience with SPFx, .NET/C#, or custom connectorsMicrosoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies
