Technical Program Manager (Software Integrations & Client Enablement)We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale client onboarding and technical integration initiatives. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, driving alignment between engineering, product, operations, security, and client stakeholders to ensure successful, predictable software launches.What You'll DoLead full lifecycle delivery of technical onboarding programs for enterprise customers.Develop and manage repeatable onboarding frameworks, templates, and delivery playbooks.Manage technical integrations involving APIs, data migrations, SSO, batch/real-time workflows, and architecture transitions.Serve as the senior client-facing program lead, running kickoff meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.Coordinate across engineering, product, security, QA, operations, and third-party vendors.Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive mitigation strategies.Prepare go-live readiness documentation, rollback strategies, and operational handoffs.Use metrics to refine and optimize onboarding success and time-to-value.What You Bring7+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years leading technical client-facing onboarding programs.Technical fluency with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, data transformation, and authentication.Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing multi-team and multi-vendor delivery environments.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and program documentation (RAID logs, roadmaps, etc.).Bachelor's in CS/Engineering preferred; certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) are a plus.Experience in regulated industries (payments, financial services, healthcare) is beneficial.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesFinancial Services and BankingBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)J-18808-Ljbffr
