We value team members who personify being able to explore and expand practice by implementing evidence based treatment, engage with a wide variety of staff, children, and families members in a positive and compassionate way, and who enjoy their interactions with others while doing this valuable work.Our speech language pathologists facilitate development of communication within pediatric clients aged birth to 18 with speech or language challenges by planning and administering medically prescribed speech therapy. Job tasks include: conducting evaluations and utilizing findings to implement a holistic, family focused treatment plan with goals that enable a child to develop and function across all areas of communication, providing caregiver education and training for families, assessing goals, progress, and preparing clients and families for discharge when medically appropriate. Between $70,000-$80,000.
