Speech Language Pathologist

Hi! We’re hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Great schedule, supportive team, and the chance to make a real impact with students.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needsProvide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settingsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goalsMaintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policiesParticipate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progressStay current with best practices and continue professional development as requiredQualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive SLP license in the state of OR (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to applyExperience working with school-aged children is preferredStrong collaboration and communication skillsKnowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service deliveryWork in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidaysCollaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student successJoin a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school yearReceive access to quality materials, professional development resources, and CEU reimbursementCome join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
