Brite Dip Production Associate

Production Associate We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate to join a local company in Toledo, OH. This role is responsible for handling small parts through the brite dip process, primarily involving brass coatings and occasionally copper coatings. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Eligible for monthly production bonuses.Available Shifts:2nd shift 3:30PM to 12midnight Monday Friday, every other Saturday3rd shift 11:30PM to 8AM Monday Friday, every other SaturdayWork 40 - 50 hrs weeklyDuties and Responsibilities:Count and prepare small metal parts (typically light fixtures weighing only a few ounces).Rack or place parts in baskets for processing.Use an overhead crane to move racks or baskets between tanks.Assist in testing and maintaining the chemistry of tanks (on-the-job training provided).Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure proper handling and processing of parts.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements and Qualifications:Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shiftComfortable with working in a manufacturing environment.Attention to detail and basic counting/math skills.Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.Must have 3 - 4 years at each employerNo heavy lifting required; most parts are small and lightweight.Willingness to learn no prior chemistry or brite dip experience needed.About Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
