This role combines clinical expertise in dietetics with a passion for empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habitsUtilizing interviewing and active listening skills, provides nutritional coaching, information and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent healthy lifestyle choices.Develop individualized care plans and set measurable goals with membersDocument member interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standardsStay current with best practices in dietetics and health coachingCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated careEssential Functions:Highly organized, flexible, and able to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skillsProficiency in motivational interviewingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to critically think and navigate challenging situationsAbility to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and dependableRequired Qualifications:Qualified candidates must reside in MST and PST zonesRegistered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic RegistrationRegistered Dietician Licensure required in the state of residence if applicableBachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fieldUpon hire, required to obtain licensure in multiple states where members reside (CVS will support the cost of required licensure)5+ years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team5+ years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and healthy lifestyle behavior change5+ years of coaching experienceComputer literacy and demonstrated proficiency to navigate internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel and TeamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms such as Teams and or ZoomAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,597.00 - $101,228.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
