We're proud to work with trusted partners such as Webflow, IMX, Deel, and Ultraviolet.What We Offer:Remote work with flexible hoursPaid Time Off (PTO)Monthly opportunities for salary increasesHealth insurance coverageReimbursed internet costsUnlimited access to Udemy courses and booksResponsibilities:Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and AI/ML experts to create innovative design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.Implement and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.Provide and receive constructive feedback to/from team members to improve design quality and team performance.Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively through written and verbal communication.Requirements:Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and project work.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with Figma.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.Fluency in English (B2-C2)
