UI/UX Designer (Part-time)

About The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Senior Designer to act as a flexible and strategic resource across various high-impact projects. If you bring strong systems thinking and expertise in maintaining scalable Figma libraries and design documentation, this is the perfect role for you. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to craft seamless web, mobile, and desktop experiences for superfans worldwide.ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute multiple design initiatives simultaneously across different squads.Maintain, evolve, and scale the existing design system, identifying needs for new components and patterns.Organize and manage Figma files, libraries, and documentation to ensure high-quality design operations.Contribute to workflow improvements and design ops to make the team faster and more efficient.Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile web, and desktop environments.Partner with Product Managers and Engineers within a story point/task-based delivery model.Required QualificationsSênior-level experience in UI/UX design, specifically with consumer-facing web applications.Deep expertise in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems.Advanced proficiency in Figma (including library management and organization).Strong systems thinking and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams.Flexible mindset and readiness to support multiple projects as needed.Fluent English for daily meetings and documentation.Nice To Have SkillsExperience in E-commerce or Marketplace sectors.Previous background in Design Leadership or Design Operations (DesignOps).Portfolio showcasing complex, high-traffic consumer applications.
