Our colleagues are proud to live and work in this area, and are committed to providing quality healthcare to our community.Job SummaryThe Patient Care Administrative Nurse Supervisor is an experienced Registered Nurse and is responsible for supervising and monitoring the Nursing department(s) on an assigned shift in accordance with nursing standards and practices as well as current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Ensures the appropriate delivery of direct and indirect patient care via the utilization of the Nursing Process and creates a positive environment for the professional practice of nursing. Ensures activities foster continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care outcomes. Ensures patient flow throughout the organization.
