This is an urgent requirement for someone with strong experience in building and integrating cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy solutions using Amazon ConnectBuild and maintain AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and integrationsIntegrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.)Configure contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and reportingTroubleshoot and optimize the performance of cloud-based contact center solutionsWork closely with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectSolid development experience with AWS Lambda (Python / Node.js)Experience with AWS ecosystem (API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM)Understanding of contact center workflows and telephony integrationsAbility to work independently and deliver quicklyPreferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce / CRM integrationsKnowledge of Nice CX1 or other contact center platformsFamiliarity with real-time data processing and reportingplease share the details to vinod@utg.io with latest updated resume along with contact detail on resume.
