This role focuses on curriculum implementation, teacher development, and creating engaging learning environments aligned with Goddard standards.You will be a hands-on leader - present in classrooms, supporting teachers, and ensuring developmentally appropriate, high-quality instruction.What You’ll DoEducational Leadership & CurriculumSupport implementation of Wonder of Learning™ curriculumConduct classroom observations and provide coaching and feedbackReview lesson plans and support assessment cyclesGuide child observation and individualized learningTeacher DevelopmentCoach, mentor, and support teachers to improve practiceLead onboarding and ongoing professional developmentFoster a positive, growth-focused teaching cultureFamily ExperienceCommunicate educational value to familiesEnsure learning is visible through classroom experiencesSupport family conferences and engagementEnrollment & School SupportPartner on tours, enrollment, and transitionsSupport retention through strong program qualityHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure classrooms meet licensing and QA standardsMaintain accurate student records and documentationStay current on regulations and implement updatesEducation & QualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following per Ohio Department of Job and Family Services requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or related field (strongly preferred)Bachelor’s degree in related field with early childhood coursework (18 semester hours)Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with leadership experienceAssociate degree in related field with progressive childcare experienceAdditional requirements:1+ year leadership or management experience (childcare preferred)Strong understanding of early childhood developmentExperience coaching teachers preferredAbility to model classroom instructionStrong communication and leadership skillsCompliance with Ohio Administrative Code 5101:2-12-07Completion of required trainingsWhat We OfferCollaborative leadership teamProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentMeaningful impact on children, families, and educatorsJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about early childhood education, thrive in a coaching role, and want to help shape an exceptional learning environment, we’d love to connect with you.Each Goddard School location is privately owned and operated by Goddard Franchisor LLC franchisees.
