Position DescriptionClearance Level: U.S. Citizen with Secret clearanceLocation: On-site – Mobile, ALPosition SummaryNetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support oversight of shipbuilder performance by conducting Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and EVM analysis aligned with DCMA and ANSI-748 standards.Roles / ResponsibilitiesIMS / EVMS AnalysisAnalyze shipbuilder IMS and assess schedule performanceConduct variance analysis (CPR, CFSR, CCDR, EAC)Identify risks to cost, schedule, and performanceEVMS SurveillanceConduct EVMS compliance reviews and surveillanceValidate contractor reporting against DCMA and ANSI-748 standardsReporting & ForecastingDevelop reports, metrics, and forecasts for OPC PRO leadershipProvide recommendations for corrective actions and recovery plansMandatory QualificationsUS CitizenActive Secret ClearanceBachelor’s Degree (engineering, technical, or business) Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting shipbuilding/project management Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera Knowledge of EVMS, DCMA, ANSI-EIA 748 Preferred QualificationsEVMP certificationExperience with production surveillance in shipyards
