This role is ideal for someone with early experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to customers.The Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in responding to RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and spot quote requests while coordinating with sales, operations, and service providers to deliver competitive shipping rates. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming RFQs and spot quote requests from internal and external customersRequest and obtain freight rates from carriers and service providersPrepare and present professional quotations in a timely mannerWork closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate pricingResearch and analyze efficient and cost-effective shipping routes and optionsMaintain strong communication between internal teams and customersFollow up with customers and sales leads regarding quotations providedRequirements1–2 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industryAir Export experience is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary: $55,000 – $67,000 per year401(k) retirement plan with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
