Position Overview: The Electrical Apprentice position is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the electrical field. As an apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge essential for a successful career. This role offers an excellent opportunity to receive formal training while working on a variety of electrical projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components. Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring, conduit bending, and device installation, under supervision. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. Maintain and organize tools and materials on the job site. Communicate effectively with team members and report progress to supervisors. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade. Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Physical ability to perform the tasks required, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
