Join us to build the future.Your Impact The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading field execution and supervising construction activities on assigned projects. This role is responsible for leading electrical fit-out execution for data center projects including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and equipment connections. They will partner closely with Project Managers and other onsite leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and develop field crews performing data center electrical fit out work. Coordinate power distribution, grounding, and lighting installation. Develop daily plans and electrical work schedules. Track electrical labor productivity and costs. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, drawings, and specifications. Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with logistics, material staging, and work sequencing. Develop daily plans and weekly look-ahead schedules. Maintain clear and consistent project communication through daily logs and weekly and monthly reports. Track labor productivity and installation progress. Partner with QA/QC for electrical scopes. Manage punch list development, tracking, and closeout activities Assist with development and implementation of the project safety plan and actively practice safety management. QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in data center or electrical construction. Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors on active job sites. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods. Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple work activities. Working knowledge of labor tracking, cost control, and productivity management. Strong understanding of safety management practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and other onsite leadership. High School degree or GED required. Journeyman Electrical License preferred or equivalent experience. OSHA Training Certification. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required.
