Contract - 7 months+Pay rate - 22/hFully onsite. Front desk role. Laptop providedOpportunity for extension based on need.Job Duties:Determines callers' needs and routes calls to appropriate personnel.Welcomes, determines nature of business, announces, directs or escorts visitors as requested to appropriate personnel (visitors will need to be buzzed in).Provides information about assigned functional area upon request.Maintains the reception area in neat and orderly condition.May provide general clerical support for others, including preparing correspondence and copying, collating, faxing, distributing, and maintaining files.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Work Schedule 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am-4:00 PM each Friday.Skills: Must Haves - Hard SkillsAt least 1 year of recent experience as a ReceptionistFluent user with Microsoft Office productsExperience within the financial services industry is a plusMust Haves - Soft SkillsPerson must be on time every day.Clear and professional written and oral communication skillsCustomer service orientedVery professional - they will be the first person to greet visitors and clientsProactive and ReactiveDetail orientedKeywords:Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
