Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (FP& A) to join a fast‑paced, dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for an early‑career finance professional with strong financial accounting knowledge, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and energy. Success in this position requires advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, a self‑motivated mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesWeekly Reporting: Prepare weekly orders and sales reports to support tracking of business performance and targetsExpense Analysis: Partner with department leads to analyze, report, and forecast overhead expensesMonthly Close & Forecasting: Generate monthly actuals reporting and support the forecast cycle, including preparation for business reviewsAd Hoc Analysis: Conduct in‑depth investigations of financial reports and data; provide analytical support for special projects as neededFinancial Reporting: Produce financial and budgetary reports, spreadsheets, and charts for analysis and interpretationPlanning Support: Assist with analytical needs during annual planning and monthly forecasting processesCommunication: Distribute key metrics and reports to managers and leadership, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field1+ year of relevant finance or accounting experienceStrong analytical and financial accounting skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environmentHighly energetic, self‑motivated, and proactiveStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with JDE, HFM, and/or Power BIExperience in financial reporting, forecasting, or business analysisRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
