Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Collaboration Administration & OperationsAdminister and support:SharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsOneDrive for BusinessMicrosoft 365 GroupsManage site collections, Teams, channels, permissions, and sharing configurations using least-privilege principles.Configure and maintain collaboration governance policies including:External sharingRetention policiesSensitivity labelsLifecycle management policiesMonitor platform health and service health using Microsoft 365 administration tools.Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution while meeting established SLAs.Support collaboration environments across development, testing, and production tenants.Power Platform Development & AutomationDesign, develop, and maintain solutions using:Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Applications)DataverseSharePoint ListsDevelop automation solutions using:Power Automate Cloud FlowsPower Automate Desktop Flows (RPA)Approval WorkflowsEvent-Driven WorkflowsBusiness Process AutomationBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions.Standardize and automate business processes to reduce manual effort.Collaboration Platform Migration & ModernizationSupport migration initiatives including:SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 to SharePoint Online migrationsTenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrationsPerform migration planning, execution, and validation activities.Conduct content analysis, site assessments, and dependency analysis.Support document library, list, and workflow migrations.Execute migration cutovers and post-migration stabilization activities.Modernize legacy SharePoint customizations using Microsoft Teams and Power Platform solutions.Governance, Integration & IdentityIntegrate Microsoft 365 collaboration services with:Microsoft Entra ID / Azure ADActive DirectorySingle Sign-On (SSO) solutionsSaaS and line-of-business applicationsSupport integrations using:Microsoft GraphREST APIsConnectorsSupport third-party migration and governance solutions including:ShareGateMetalogixAvePointCollaborate with application, networking, and security teams.Define and enforce collaboration discipline, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.Minimum of 8 years of enterprise Microsoft collaboration platform experience.Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale production Microsoft 365 environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple technical teams.Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Completion
