Lead Guidewire Developer (Digital)

We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Developer with deep experience in Guidewire Digital and Jutro to provide technical leadership on largescale Property & Casualty implementations. This individual will lead design and development efforts across Guidewire core platforms and digital experiences, while mentoring teams.*Key Responsibilities*Lead endtoend design and development of Guidewire Digital applications using Jutro and ReactServe as technical lead for Guidewire implementations across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenterDefine and enforce coding standards, best practices, and solution architecturePerform design reviews, code reviews, and mentor junior developersGuide development teams through complex technical decisions and integrationsBuild responsive, accessible digital portals using Guidewire Jutro Design System and componentsDevelop reusable UI components, shared libraries, and digital workflowsCollaborate with UX designers to ensure consistent, scalable user experiencesSupport early adoption and optimization of Jutro capabilitiesDesign and implement integrations using REST, JSON, XML, and Guidewire APIsWork closely with backend Guidewire teams to align digital and core platform functionalitySupport cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Guidewire Cloud environmentsParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinementPartner with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teamsCommunicate risks, dependencies, and delivery status clearly to leadership*Required Qualifications*Handson experience with Guidewire Digital (Jutro) and ReactExperience leading development teams and owning technical deliveryStrong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
