This individual will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and supplier relations. All team members may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.MBA Preferred or other supply chain certifications preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership roles.Proven experience in managing global and domestic supply chain networks.Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and supply chain analytics.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry is strongly preferred.Experience in the food service or packaging industry is highly preferred.Develop and execute the company's overall supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain including procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and distribution.Oversee vendor/supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and relationship management.Implement inventory planning strategies to balance demand forecasting with cost control and customer service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and International Logistics.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to transportation, safety, and procurement.Guide and develop a high-performing supply chain team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.Manage supply chain budgets and cost reduction initiatives.Support business continuity planning and risk mitigation for supply chain disruptions.
