CNC Programmer / Machine OperatorLocation: OnsiteJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)About the RoleAdecco is assisting an established manufacturing client in recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional who has strong programming and machining skills and is committed to producing quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality inspections, and optimizing machining processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate various CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes.Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam, including 5-axis programming applications.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications and tolerances.Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.QualificationsRequiredMinimum 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes.Experience with Mastercam 5-axis programming.Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.Experience using manual inspection tools, including:MicrometersCalipersGauges and other precision measuring equipmentStrong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PreferredExperience machining quartz materials.Knowledge and experience with Mitsubishi and/or TRUMPF laser cutters.Experience with TRUMPF TruCell programming.Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Work EnvironmentOnsite positionManufacturing environmentMay require standing for extended periods and lifting materials/components as neededApply TodayIf you have CNC programming and machining experience and are looking to join a stable, growing manufacturer, apply today to learn more about this exciting opportunityCNC Programmer / Machine OperatorLocation: Onsite Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)About the RoleAdecco is assisting an established manufacturing client in recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Machine Operator.
